Much of what a ministerial director does is network. Networking in this context means getting to know other pastors, other ministerial directors, other conference leaders and non-Adventist agencies. It is also important to begin to network resources. Pastors will often not know where to find help for a particular issue, materials for growth or simply what is available. This is where the wise ministerial director has been growing in his knowledge of who, what, when, where and how.
